MAKE ROOM FOR ANOTHER WATCH

A rhythm that fits your community.

One recording can have another place in the week. Label each broadcast as prerecorded so viewers know what they are joining.

01 / MORNING

A moment of prayer.

Schedule a recorded prayer for people beginning their day.

02 / EVENING

The sermon, revisited.

Give people a set time to return to a message from Sunday.

03 / MIDWEEK

Bible study together.

Share a prepared study at an announced time, with someone available to welcome viewers when arranged.

04 / ANOTHER CHANCE

A service they missed.

Offer a clearly labeled recording for people who could not attend.

A SMALL FIRST STEP

From your recording to your next broadcast.

  1. 1

    Add your recordings.

Import an authorized Google Drive file or upload from your device. Check the file in Media Library and prepare it if needed.

  2. 2

    Choose a program and destination.

Select your video, then enter the destination’s RTMP URL and private stream key. Multi-video playlists need Creator or Studio.

  3. 3

Set a time. Check the result.

Review the time zone, start/end times and repeat settings. Test the destination and confirm playback before announcing a public broadcast.

A FEW THINGS, CLEARED UP

Before your first broadcast.

Can we use recordings we already have?

Yes. Start with a sermon, prayer, study or service recording you have permission to download and broadcast. Review music rights, people on camera and private information before sharing. Clearly label the broadcast as prerecorded.

Can we import from Google Drive or a computer?

Yes. Import an authorized Google Drive file or upload from your device into Media Library. Check whether it can stream directly or needs preparation. Your storage, preparation and output allowances depend on your plan.

What does our YouTube channel need?

Your channel must be verified, have live streaming enabled and meet YouTube’s current eligibility rules. Enable streaming in YouTube Studio before your planned date; first activation can take time. Use the manual RTMP URL and stream key from YouTube’s encoder workflow. A paid DriveStream plan does not remove YouTube restrictions. Read YouTube’s current requirements.

Can we schedule a broadcast in advance?

Yes. Set the program’s start and end times and review the available repeat settings in Studio. Check the displayed time zone, source readiness, destination access and remaining allowance before saving. A schedule is not proof of successful playback; test the destination.

Which plans support several videos in one playlist?

Creator and Studio support multi-video playlists. Lite and Starter support one-video looping. Sending to several destinations uses your total stream capacity as well as the per-program destination limit.

What happens when we reach an allowance?

A broadcast can pause or stop when access or a resource allowance runs out. Storage, preparation, encoding and outgoing data limits still apply. Lite also has a four-hour streaming limit per UTC day. Check usage in Studio; uninterrupted or unlimited streaming is not promised.

How is this different from an ordinary YouTube upload?

A prerecorded livestream sends your recording as a live signal to a destination at a scheduled time. An ordinary upload creates an on-demand video. DriveStream’s direct Drive-to-YouTube upload and YouTube account connection are coming soon; manual RTMP livestreaming is available now.

Can someone help us set up the first broadcast?

Yes. The DriveStream Pro owner is responsible for first-broadcast setup assistance with your paid plan. Send the short request above with your church/channel name and intended schedule. We will reply by email; no response time or appointment is guaranteed.
