Terms of Service
Effective 2026-10-02 · Service: DriveStream Pro
1. The service
DriveStream Pro lets account holders import or upload media to their private workspace, prepare it for streaming, and send live output to destinations they configure. The service depends on third-party video platforms, payment providers, and hosting networks. Their own terms and eligibility rules also apply.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access to your account and stream keys, and activity under your account. You must have authority to use the account and the live destinations you configure. We may limit access if required to protect the service or comply with law.
3. Your media and broadcasts
You keep ownership of your media. You grant the operator the limited permission needed to store, convert, transmit, and display it solely to provide the features you request. You must have all rights needed to upload and broadcast the media, including music, images, and performances. You are responsible for your stream titles, content, and destination settings.
4. Plans and limits
Each plan shows its current limits for concurrent streams, storage, destinations, quality, and other features before checkout. Lite is the monthly entry plan with one RTMP destination, 720p output, four hours of streaming per UTC day, and one normalized hour of 720p media preparation per billing period. Starter includes three normalized HD preparation hours per billing period. Compatible files can stream directly without using preparation credits. Streaming and storage may be paused when a plan expires or a limit is reached. Actual live availability also depends on the destination platform and your account there.
5. Payments and optional credits
Recurring plans are billed for the term selected at checkout through the displayed payment provider. When offered, a separate extra stream credit is a one-time purchase for one additional concurrent HD output. Its purchased hour quota is consumed while that extra output runs. It ends when the quota is exhausted or its stated validity period passes, whichever comes first. 4K uses four base HD capacity units and is not covered by a single extra HD credit. A credit does not renew automatically and does not replace an active paid base plan. Prices, taxes, renewal terms, and any discount are shown before payment.
Video conversion packs are separate one-time purchases for accounts with an active plan. A one-hour pack adds 60 normalized HD source minutes and one hour of encoding runtime, valid for 30 days from payment. Checkout uses the payment provider associated with your plan: ₹300 INR through Razorpay or $3 USD through PayPal. Credits do not renew automatically, grant plan access, or extend your plan's expiry.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may manage or cancel a recurring subscription through the available billing controls. Cancellation timing depends on the payment provider and the current billing term. Requests for refunds are reviewed against the terms displayed at purchase and applicable law. Contact support with the transaction reference for a billing question. A fully refunded extra stream credit is revoked, and any output currently using that credit is stopped.
Allowances are shown before purchase. Paid monthly allowances reset on your billing date. Each output and media download counts toward outgoing data. Preparation credits scale with resolution and frame rate; encoding runtime is capped too. Usage pauses at an allowance limit without automatic overage charges. Changes to allowances apply to existing users at their next monthly reset. One-time conversion packs are separate purchases, expire after the validity shown at checkout, and do not increase storage, streaming quality or bandwidth allowances.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep streams running, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted delivery, platform approval, audience growth, monetization, or results from any stream. Providers may change API access, live eligibility, quotas, or supported formats. We may update features and these terms, with the updated effective date shown here.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the account, media, connection, billing, and usage information used to operate DriveStream Pro.
